8 ounces uncooked spaghetti
1/2 cup butter
2 cups dry white wine
2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 teaspoon dried basil
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
In a large saucepan, melt butter and add white wine. Over medium heat, add shrimp and basil. Cook until pink all over; about 3 to 5 minutes. Serve over pasta.
